HONOR X9b launching in India on February 15


After teasers and rumours, HONOR has confirmed the launch of HONOR X9b smartphone in India on February 15th. It not only has a stunning curved display but also extra durability with India’s first ultra bounce display with cushioning “Airbag” technology, said the company.

“Built to last, this powerhouse is designed to withstand accidental drops and everyday challenges,” the company added.

The phone is already on sale in different countries, which revealed that the phone has all-angle Drop Resistance certified by Switzerland’s SGS. We also know the phone has a 6.78″ 1.5K curved AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB RAM, 108MP rear camera, and a 5800mAh battery. The phone will run Magic OS 7.2 based on Android 13.

HTech India CEO Madhav Sheth recently posted unboxing videos of the HONOR Choice EarBuds X5 and the HONOR Choice Watch and said that the devices will launch in India soon.

Based on rumours, the HONOR X9b will be priced under Rs. 35,000 with the HONOR Choice Buds bundle, so the phone alone is expected to be priced under Rs. 30,000. With bank offers, the phone is said to be priced as low as Rs. 23,999.

A brief online listing revealed 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version for the phone. The listing also revealed HONOR Choice Earbuds X5E combo offer with the phone, as well as 12 months of screen and back cover warranty, and an extended 24-month battery health guarantee.

The HONOR X9b will be sold on Amazon.in.
