Meta has introduced new sticker packs for Instagram Stories, offering fresh ways to connect with your friends over your interests. These stickers include:
Add Yours Music
Share your favorite songs, new music discoveries, or tunes you’re vibing with for the day. Your followers can also add their favorite songs.
- Tap the stickers icon, then select ‘Add Yours Music’.
- Choose a song from Instagram’s music library.
- After posting your story, friends can add their songs using the ‘Add Yours’ button.
Frames
Turn any photo into an instant print. Your followers have to shake their phone to reveal the content inside.
- Tap the stickers icon, then choose Frames.
- Select a photo from your gallery.
- Optionally, add a caption.
- After posting, friends can shake their phone to reveal the image inside the frame.
Reveal
Post hidden stories for your friends to uncover by sending you a DM.
- Tap the stickers icon, then select Reveal.
- Type a hint for friends.
- Preview your story.
- After posting, friends can only see the content by sending you a DM.
Cutouts
Turn moments from your camera roll into unique stickers for your stories or reels.
- Tap the stickers icon, then select Cutouts.
- Choose a photo or video from your gallery.
- A sticker will be generated automatically.
- Tap “Use sticker” to add it to your reel or story.
To create a sticker from Instagram photos:
- Go to the photo you want to use.
- Tap the three dots in the top right.
- Select “Create sticker”.
Meta says they aim to inspire creativity and connection with these new stickers for Instagram Stories.
