iQOO just launched the iQOO Neo9 Pro, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in the iQOO Neo series in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.78-inch 1.5K 1-144Hz LTPO AMOLED screen with 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 16,000-level brightness adjustment with SGS low blue light and low flicker certification, and peak brightness of 3000 nits.
The Neo9 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, features Q1 self-developed chip that offers frame sensing technology, real-time monitoring of load, precise scheduling and distribution, and matching large, medium and small cores for game threads with different load requirements
It has up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. In terms of heat dissipation, it features a 6K Canopy VC liquid cooling, with an area of 6043mm², accounting for 48.82% of the entire projection area. The heat dissipation system has also achieved upgrades in material and structural design: the entire body is made of 3D stainless steel stamped VC.
The phone has 50MP Sony IMX920 VCS sensor with OIS, the same sensor as the vivo X100 and has a 8MP ultra-wide camera. There is a 16MP front camera. The Red colour has a dual-tone design, and a premium vegan leather finish, while the black version has a matte finish.
It runs Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 on top, and the company has promised 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates, for the first time in a iQOO Neo series phone, matching the iQOO flagship series.
The phone packs a 5160mAh dual-cell battery with support for 120W fast charging that can charge from 1% to 40% in 9 minutes.

The iQOO Neo9 Pro comes in Fiery Red and Conqueror Black colours and is priced at Rs. 35,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version, Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and the 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 39,999.
It will be available from Amazon.in and iQOO online store from today 1PM for the pre-book users, and will go on sale from tomorrow February 23rd for others. The 8GB + 128GB model will be available from March 21st.
