motorola introduced the edge 50 Pro in India last week. Now, the company has confirmed the launch of its entire edge 50 series smartphones for the global markets on April 16th.

The invite just says “We see beauty in every detail” along with the April 16th date.
Press renders of the edge 50 Ultra already surfaced, revealing the phone in Peach Fuzz and Black with a vegan leather finish, and the Beige colour named Sisal in brushed finish. The phone is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, compared to Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro model.
The motorola edge 50 Ultra will feature a 50MP main camera, ultra-wide camera and a periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. There is also a laser autofocus function above the periscope lens and a triple LED flash on the right side.
We can also expect the edge 50 fusion alongside. This is expected to come in Ballad Blue, Peacock Pink, and Tidal Teal colours.
The phone is expected to pack a 6.7-inch curved pOLED screen with Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with 8GB of RAM, Android 14, 50MP rear camera along with a secondary ultra-wide camera, 32MP front camera, IP68 ratings, 256GB storage, and a 5000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging.
