Apple could announce new products on website this week

Apple is gearing up to announce new products this week, according to reports from MacRumors and Bloomberg.

The specifics of these products haven’t been revealed yet, but Mark Gurman from Bloomberg shared insights indicating that Apple is preparing to introduce new iPad Pro, iPad Air, and MacBook Air models, alongside fresh Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil accessories tailored for select iPads.

No Apple Event Planned

Rather than the traditional big event, Gurman suggests Apple will opt for a quieter release, likely through its website and accompanied by online videos and marketing campaigns, possibly in March or April.

Expected Announcements
  • New iPad Pro Models: Featuring the M3 chip, OLED displays, thinner design, and potential additions like MagSafe wireless charging.
  • New iPad Air Models: Equipped with the M2 chip, including a 12.9-inch variant for the first time.
  • Accessories: Such as a redesigned Magic Keyboard with a larger trackpad and updated Apple Pencil.
  • New MacBook Air Models: With the M3 chip, expected to support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Additional Expectations
  • Possibility of new color options for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone cases, and Apple Watch bands.
  • Rumors about a new Apple TV, HomePod with a screen, and a fourth-generation iPhone SE, though their readiness is uncertain.
iOS 17.4

Gurman suggests a “special version” of iOS 17.4 that will support the new hardware, likely to be released by the end of March or April.

iOS 17.4 brings significant changes to the App Store, especially in the EU, due to the Digital Markets Act, with a deadline for compliance by March 6.
