vivo X Fold, X Note and vivo Pad to be announced on April 11


After teasers, vivo has confirmed the launch of X Fold, a foldable phone in China on April 11th. The invite says that the X Fold will bring the foldable screen 2.0 era. Based on rumours, the vivo X Fold is expected to feature an 8-inch 120Hz screen on the inside with UTG glass. It is also said to be the first foldable phone with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The company should also introduce X Note and vivo Pad alongside.

The vivo X Note and X Fold have been certified by 3C in China, revealing 80W wired flash charging. The X Fold is said to pack a 4600mAh battery.

The vivo X Fold will come with ZEISS optics, and the sketch of the phone that surfaced recently revealed a curved screen on the front and triple rear cameras.

vivo X Note

The vivo X Note is said to feature a 7-inch 2K E5 120Hz OLED screen, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with up to 12GB of RAM and a 5000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.

vivo Tablet

After leaks, vivo officially posted the images of the vivo Pad tablet that show minimal bezels and stylus support. Based on earlier rumours, the tablet will feature a 120Hz LCD screen, will be powered by Snapdragon 870, pack a 7860mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

A recent render leak from Digital Chat Station revealed Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, dual rear cameras with LED flash and quad speakers. There are charging pins on the back.

The tablet will also support a keyboard dock with a trackpad. The company already said that the OriginOS Ocean will be optimized for tablets.
