notorola has announced the moto g 5G 2024 and moto g Power 5G 2024, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the g series for the US market. Both the phones feature a FHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate.
The moto g 5G is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 1, an upgrade to Snapdragon 480+ and the Power has a Dimensity 7020 SoC compared to Dimensity 930 in the 2023 model. These pack a 5000mAh battery with 18W and 30W fast charging, respectively, and the g Power 5G even has support for wireless charging.

The moto g 5G (2024) comes in Sage Green colour and is priced at an MSRP of USD 199.99 (Rs. 16,560 approx.). It will be available from T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile on March 21st, with subsequent availability at Cricket, AT&T, Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, UScellular, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi Wireless, Optimum Mobile, and Cox Mobile, and on Straight Talk, Total by Verizon, Simple Mobile, Tracfone, Walmart Family Mobile, and Visible.
The device will also be available universally unlocked at Amazon.com, motorola.com, and Best Buy starting May 2nd.
The moto g Power (2024) comes in Midnight Blue and Pale Lilac colours and is priced at an MSRP of USD 299.99 (Rs. 24,840 approx.). It will be available from T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, AT&T, UScellular and Verizon, and on Straight Talk, Total by Verizon, Walmart Family Mobile, and Visible starting March 22nd.
The device will also be available universally unlocked at Amazon.com, motorola.com, and Best Buy starting March 29th
In Canada, the new moto g power 5G-2024 will be available on motorola.ca starting April 12th and at select carriers in the coming months.
