OPPO A3 Pro with 6.7″ FHD+120Hz OLED curved display, IP69 ratings to be announced on April 12


OPPO has announced the release date of its new OPPO A3 Pro 5G smartphone in China this week. The phone boasts a dustproof and waterproof body with an IP69 rating, along with a display that’s both waterproof and resistant to falls.

There are three color options for the Oppo A3 Pro: Azure, Yun Jin Powder (rose), and Mountain Blue. The Azure variant has a glass finish, while the Yun Jin Powder (rose) and Mountain Blue variants feature a vegan leather back.

According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the device features a 6.7-inch 1080p 120Hz OLED curved screen with a centered single hole, 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.

It also sports a 64MP f/1.7 main camera sensor and is powered by a MediaTek 7050 processor with 5G capabilities, coupled with a 5000mAh battery.

The OPPO A3 Pro is set to launch on April 12 in China. Pricing for the 12GB + 512GB model is expected to be similar to its predecessor at 2399 yuan (USD 330 / Rs. 27,470 approx.).
