NVIDIA has introduced the latest GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER graphics card, alongside the release of RTX Video HDR for all GeForce RTX GPUs, whether on laptops or desktops.
GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER
The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER boasts more cores and increased memory, featuring a 16GB frame buffer and a 256-bit memory bus, ideal for maximizing high-refresh 1440p panels and even capable of 4K gaming.
It is 1.6X faster than the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, providing a significant boost for video editing, rendering large 3D scenes, and achieving exceptional performance in graphically demanding games with DLSS 3.
RTX Video HDR
Nvidia’s RTX Video HDR, a new AI-enhanced feature, enhances the display quality of Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) videos. It effortlessly transforms them into vibrant High Dynamic Range (HDR) videos compatible with HDR10 displays.
This allows users to experience more vivid colors and preserve intricate details, overcoming challenges posed by video compression.
To activate RTX Video HDR, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the January Studio Driver.
2. Enable Windows HDR features (System > Display > HDR).
3. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Adjust video image settings > RTX Video Enhancement, and enable HDR.
This feature is compatible with Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Moreover, combining RTX Video HDR with RTX Video Super Resolution enhances live-streamed videos for a clearer viewing experience.
RTX Remix Open Beta
Built on NVIDIA Omniverse, the RTX Remix open beta allows modders to effortlessly enhance game assets, reimagine materials with generative AI tools, and create stunning RTX remasters of classic games with full ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS technology.
