realme launched the realme 12x 5G smartphone today, expanding its realme 12 series in India. The company dubs it the “Entry-Level 5G Killer,” marking a significant milestone for the brand.
The realme 12x 5G features a 6.72-inch 120Hz FHD+ display with 950 nits brightness. Its back sports a sleek design with 3D Jubilee Bracelet and Polished Sunburst design, boasting a slim profile of just 7.69mm.
Powered by the Dimensity D6100+ (6nm) 5G processor and equipped with a VC Cooling system, it ensures smooth performance. The device houses a 5000mAh battery supported by 45W SUPERVOOC Charging, providing 50% power in just 30 minutes.
In the camera department, it offers a 50MP AI Camera with additional 2MP Black & White camera and flash at the back, and an 8MP selfie snapper in the front. For memory and storage, it comes with up to 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM with 128GB storage. It also offers up to 8GB Dynamic RAM.
Notable features include Dual stereo speakers, a Dynamic Button integrating fingerprint unlock and customizable functions, and Air Gestures support.
Moreover, the device boasts IP54 dust and water resistance, along with Rainwater smart touch feature allowing touch input even when wet. It runs on the latest realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.
