Redmi Buds 4 Lite with half in-ear design surfaces

Renders of the Redmi Buds 4 Lite have surfaced, thanks to 91mobiles. After releasing the Redmi Buds 4 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro earlier this year, Xiaomi is getting ready to show off its new affordable wireless headphones.

At the first glance, the Redmi Buds 4 Lite are visually identical to Apple’s AirPods 3. The renders show that it will be available in white, but more colour options are expected to be available upon launch. The device is not worn in the ear like its forerunner was. There are microphone openings in the ear tips and a stem on this headset.

The TWS headphones don’t come with any ear tips, either. The charging case appears simple, with two slots for storing the earphones. The Redmi Buds 4 Lite’s hardware specifications have yet to be revealed; as the source only reveals the design, the TWS headphones will likely have gesture controls, quick pairing, voice assistant compatibility, noise isolation, and more.

The new Redmi Buds 4 Lite probably lack an active noise reduction mechanism (ANC) mainly due to its design. They may have better controllers than the Redmi Buds 3 Lite.

To recap, the Redmi Buds 3 Lite are in-ear headphones with a 6mm speaker unit. It includes BT 5.2, ENC and a low-latency mode. The TWS earbuds have a battery life of 5 hours and an additional 18 hours with the case.

In brief, there are some affordable wireless headphones that could be launched in the next few weeks in India and then on the global market. Yet, there’s no official release date available at this point in time.
